Welcome to Aptavela! These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your relationship with Aptavela, a website operated by Texihome LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website and making a purchase.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, please do not use our website.

2. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

3. Orders & cancellation

Every item is made to order: it is cut and sewn in our atelier in China after you place your order. Cancellation is free within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours, cutting may have started and the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.

4. Returns & refunds

Because every item is made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted. This includes changing your mind, measuring wrong, or ordering the wrong size.

If an item is defective, wrong, or not made to the size or measurements ordered, email us with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery. You may choose a free remake or a full refund; there is no need to send the item back. Approved full refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Our Perfect Fit Guarantee applies when an item fits but is not quite right: email photos and a local tailor's receipt within 30 days of delivery, and we refund the documented alteration cost up to $40 per item. Items that come back to us are donated or recycled, never resold.

5. Shipping & duties

We ship from our atelier in China to the United States only. Production takes 10 days, followed by approximately 7–12 days in transit. US shipping is free, duties and taxes are included in the checkout price, and a tracking email is sent when your order ships.

6. Availability, errors and inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of products on the Site. The products available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Texihome LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.
