When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Card and PayPal details are entered directly with our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal); we never see or store your full card number. We refer to this information as "Order Information".

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

• Communicate with you;
• Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
• When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

3. Sharing your personal information

We share your Personal Information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed for their service:

• Payments: Stripe and PayPal process payments and screen them for fraud.
• Store and hosting: Medusa powers our store and order system; Cloudflare hosts and delivers the Site.
• Communication: our email provider sends order and shipping emails, and our live-chat provider (Stream) carries chat messages.
• Delivery: carriers receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
• Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics helps us understand how the Site is used. If we advertise on Google, Meta, TikTok or Pinterest, their tags may measure visits and purchases from those ads.

We do not sell your Personal Information. We may also share it when required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in each email. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
