Order processing time

Each order is made to your measurements in approximately 10 days before dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that making time is separate from the shipping time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We ship from our atelier in China. Standard delivery to the United States takes approximately 7–12 days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier capacity, or unforeseen circumstances.

Free shipping on all US orders. No shipping charge is added at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid any delays.

Customs, duties, and taxes

United States orders are shipped with duties and import taxes paid by Aptavela. The price you pay at checkout is the full delivered price — there is nothing extra to pay on arrival. We currently sell and ship to the United States only, so international duties do not apply.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, cutting may already have started, and the order can no longer be cancelled.
